Arike Ogunbowale

Arike ogunbowale (born 2nd April 1985) is an American professional player of the basket ball. She is part of the Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. She played for Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the college level before being selected as the 5th overall pick by the Wings during the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale is a Milwaukee Wisconsin native born to Yolanda Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale (26) and Dare Ogunbowale(20) are two of her brothers. Ogunbowale has won gold at the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championships, 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships, and the 2013 3x3 FIBA U18 Championships. Ogunbowale was selected as the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team on July 7, 2014. Ogunbowale was also selected to be part of the ACC All-Freshman Team for her first time in a collegiate game.
