Julie Chen Moonves, who was one of the initial hosts and moderators for The Talk (a Daytime Emmy Award winning talk show), returned to host The Talk on August 5th for its 22nd edition. In the year she began writing that her real passion emerged. She also won the Emmy award for her outstanding hosting of a talk show. The Talk is a show which examines the current news by having five host. Chen Moonves co-hosted CBS News' weekday morning program The Early Show in 2002 and 2010 before becoming the show's host in the latter year. show. She was a producer for ABC NewsOne (1992-1995), the affiliate news service of the network, and she was an office assistant for ABC News' Los Angeles bureau (1990-1991), while finishing her final year at the University of Southern California. The desk was hers for ABC News' Nightline program featuring Ted Koppel. Ted Koppel is one of her journalists heroes. Chen Moonves was Koppel's co-worker for Anatomy of a Riot (the Premiertime Special of Columbia du-Pont that examined what happened during the Los Angeles riots of 1992).
